Welcome to my Jen Ferruggia review. Don’t look anywhere else, because I’m going to give you an unbiased true look at the workout program.

So to get started, I am a mother of two kids with a full-time job who eventually realized that I was 35 pounds above weight as far as where I needed to be. I had not realized how my metabolism had been steadily but surely slowing down until it was too late. My initial reaction was one of panic, mentioned to try every single diet and workout that I had heard.

The end result was that I started to lose entire chunks of cash at a time. I was essentially falling for all the false advertisements and paid affiliate reviews of programs that simply did not work as well as advertised. Even Kayla itsines was one such workout that failed me. Does this sound familiar to you?

Normally, I ignoring these, I was in a place of desperation and desperately wanted to believe that they would help me out.

-Hand-in-hand with the diet guide is the shopping list to help you pick to prepare your own custom meals. Foods that you will be happy to know are nutritionist regardless of what you do with them, short of deep frying.
-The last two things get on the supplement list of vitamins you’ll want to get outside of your meals, the 21 day booty blast program of workouts designed to tone and shape your butt specifically.

I purchased a lot of different workouts, but rarely are they as complete as Jen Ferruggia’s.

What’s Missing?

The only thing missing from this workout, which I see as a plus rather than a minus, is any sort of exercise that requires of equipment. Essentially, you can follow the entire bikini body workout from the safety and comfort of your own home.

What Separates the Bikini Body Workout?

What makes this program different from all the other ones I’ve tried?

For one, Jen is not trying to sell you on magical workout. Instead she’s trying to help you overhaul your entire lifestyle. This isn’t just a laundry list of exercises for you to do or less than an hour of your day, before returning to your normal, potentially unhealthy lifestyle. This is his to help you become a healthy individual, as she even includes instructional videos to help you to that end.

And then, there’s the low-cost. Despite all these things that she offers, the bikini body workouts are available for as little as $50 for EVERYTHING that she offers, including part two of her workouts. Or you can to spend $20 and get the regular guide, though I recommend that you get everything you can.

Does It Work?

Yes. I saw fantastic results with this program that I didn’t see any of the others. Many of them are just laundry list of exercises for you to do, but include a nutrition guide that has severely under eating, resulting in a slow but steady mental and metabolism the client. This guide is the end-all be-all of easy to follow, easy to understand.

This is my transformation that I was able to thanks to the help of Jen Ferruggia. The weight loss started immediately and didn’t at all. If it did anything, it snowballed. Yes it works, and yes it’s amazing.

-Simple exercises can bore people.

If you’re looking for an effective workout, I simply can not recommend this one ENOUGH. Get it!
